XAUUSD — 7-Step Trade Checklist Dashboard

Built from the checklist in your video. The video's example is a buy after a breakout, but the same seven steps are mirrored for a sell. A signal appears only when all seven pass in sequence — step 2 is not checked until step 1 passes, and so on. This is a decision aid, not a trade instruction and not financial advice.

What the video actually says

Transcribed from your video (XAUUSD, 14 Nov 2023 chart, MAs 10, 20, 50 and 200): 1) MAs must all be facing the trading direction — in the example, all facing up. 2) A full-body candle must open and close above resistance — that shows buyers can hold price above it. 3) A retest of that resistance, then continuation — a pending order above the retest can be triggered without price going underwater. 4) At least 20 pips of room to the next resistance — in the example the first target was about 30 pips, and the move ran about 90 pips. 5) Price must be close to the MAs — they act as a natural support/cushion. Being 70–100 pips away from support fails this step; wait for price to lean on the MAs. 6) No resistance from a higher timeframe — the video says switch to the 1-hour chart to check nothing big will stop the move. 7) NEWS — check the news before trading. The video does not spell out a news rule, so this dashboard treats it as: no high-impact USD/gold news in the next 30 minutes, confirmed by you.

Recommended timeframe: M1, as in the video (the chart tab is XAUUSD M1, and the higher-timeframe check is H1). M5/M15 are offered because M1 is very noisy — they are not the video's timeframe. If you use M1, the 200-MA needs 200 minutes of candles before it can confirm; until then the dashboard shows it as warming up and will not fire a signal on the 200-MA alone.

Step 7 — News check

This step cannot be auto-verified from a free price feed. Check a calendar for high-impact USD / gold news in the next 30 minutes, then press the button below. It is only enabled after step 6 passes.

Limits you should know before using a signal

Live data: Biquote https://biquote.io/api/XAUUSD, falling back to Gold API https://api.gold-api.com/price/XAU, polled once a second. Candles and MAs are built in your browser from those ticks. If both feeds fail, the dashboard pauses and shows STALE/ERROR — it never invents a price.
Higher timeframe (step 6) is a proxy in live mode: the dashboard checks for a major high/low in the candles it has collected. It is not a real H1 chart check — confirm on H1 in your broker platform before trading, as the video instructs.
News (step 7) is manual for the reason above.
Pips: gold pip size differs by broker. This dashboard defaults to $0.10 = 1 pip, matching the video's roughly $3 ≈ 30-pip example. Switch it if your broker counts $0.01 as a pip, or the 20-pip room test will be wrong.
Past checklist passes do not predict profit. The video's “high winning rate” claim is the video's claim, not a verified result. Use position size, a stop-loss and your own H1/news checks.
